Yes, anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase cannabis from a licensed dispensary.
We accept any government-issued photo ID, including:
Driver’s licenses (from any U.S. state)
State-issued identification cards
Passports
In New York, adults 21 and over may purchase up to:
3 ounces of cannabis flower
24 grams of cannabis concentrate (including edibles and oils)
per transaction.
